Selecting 5 colleges in MAT and choosing Alliance as an option means that your MAT score will be send to Alliance. In turn Alliance will send you an offer letter to apply (If your score is above 80%).
Even then you have to fill up the Alliance application form which will cost you 1000 bucks.
So either ways you do have to fill up the Alliance application form

Yes Alliance does conduct an aptitude test on the day of selection.
Followed by a presentation and interview.

Yes the amount is Rs. 1000. I have paid the same. And your chances depend a LOT on the day you give the test and interview at alliance..

Apply before 25th Jan.
You can send the score later when results are out.

@satisfied_mind: Alliance uses CAT, MAT, XAT scores for initial shortlisting. 85%ile in CAT and in MAT is the cut-off, I think. On D-day they conduct their test, extempore and PI. If you have the 85%ile, and acads all above 60%, then these things on D-day will make all the difference.

What is the last datefor applying for "december MAT sudents"?They have mentioned in the website that the last date is 25th January and havent mentioned anyhing particular regarding MAT.
Somewhere in the posts i read that they will be dispatching the call letters by 5th Jan ...is it too late to apply?

hello friends!! I wrote december mat and got 85.3% at 655 composite score.

in english i got 97.4%.

my percentage in 10th is 71%

my percentage in inter is 90%

but in btech i got only 58.5%

Am i eligible for applying to alliance ? im confused. in the prospectus it is said that 50%+ in degree is enough but on the website it is 60+!!!

plz help me
