Hope you get a clearer picture after going through that. BTW... I guess they had foresight in not giving you a call. Would you not DUMP SP Jain.. for BLACKI???????? It happens !! Sometimes you do get screwed for being that Good !! Congratulations on the great score !! and Good Luck with the GD/PI's !!

I think you don't get the picture....My profile is GOOD..... and better than many who got selected

Thats why i am asking why didnt get the call.....

Hope i am clear.....

How can they have foresight before CAT....Till the result day i was predicting a 98 percentile....that jumped to 99.40.....wud you call that foresight....or luck....?

And about dumping SP Jain for BLACKI is totally dependant on what I convert....and yes everyone would do the same. I think even SPJain is doing the same by shortlisting the best people ...isn't it...?

have ibserved tat none of the sr. r willing to comment on scores and possible calls. I know its all speculation but many ppl out here have no idea abt wat to xpect including me.

It would be of immense help if some1 threw some lite....

Work Ex. 29 months as on dec 2007

wld b highly obliged if seniors wld suggest if getting a call is a possiblity... cause it wld go a long way in planning for the GD/PI prep

I agree with u. With so many students fighting over so few seats, it would be nice if the process was more transparent. Supposing I lose out on the basis of my CAT/XAT scores, i cud improve it next year. But u can't really tamper with ur acads and ECA profile much.

Knowing why one was not able to make the cut can help him/her work on it the nxt time to better his chances.

Does SPJIMR have PIs at some later stage? Or the final selection is on the basis of the 2 GIs?
