Ah, really having mixed feelings, coz will the calls be given on the percentile weightage ...or on PROFILE....
m still not expectin...

i had my gd/pi of sp jain on 13th feb..xam
i reached dot x am, registrar sp jain student told you will be send to first round of interview in next roung of slot...i allocated group code..
6 of us (me operations , 2 girls for finance, 2 boys for finance, 1 boy for mkt..went for group interview .2 panel 1m, 1f.
questions in first round of interview..
tell about your self..
who is your role model..
do you feel mumbai safe for north indians.
what role operation manager has in education system..
some personnal profile questions..
last question to every body...what is your cat score..
after 1 hr..results of elimination round (1st round ) out..
4 of us selected..
after 30 minutes...
i was called for second roung of interview..
6 people...2 senior faculty to take interview..
boss...this interview is the one to decide..
questions in second round..50 minutes..
tell about your self..
why sp jain..
why opeations mba..
what is your aspiration after 2 years of sp jain mba program..
they here check what you want to be after mba...whether consultant...head of manufacturing firm...etc..
general awareness quetions..
how indian economy evaluated..
what is globalization..
what change globalization brought to india..
last question...if i say each of you select one student except you , whom to be offered admission to sp jain..
then had lunch.. 30 minutes..
55 minutes psycometry test..
7 minutes psycometry test..

is my cat score matter in selection after interview.....if yes then...are in past students with cat score below 80 percentile taken...

CAT score is also a criteria for evaluation. The minimum eligibility cut off was 85%ile this year. If you've not achieved that either in CAT/XAT then I'm sorry to inform that you will not be considered for admission irrespective of your interview performance.
