Though, I have not got a call yet,but after reading this post, I have a query. If you can help me with it. Im presently working with ICICI bank. But, after i compltd my engg in june 2007, i worked for about 4 months with a start up venture. That company has a full fledged website and online presence,but is still coming up in terms of business.

Would such a work ex be accountable?I have mentioned this in my application form.Also, if yes,what kind of work ex proof should I try & have so that it may be counted. please advise.

Also, here are my scores for the present year,if anyone can gimme a view over my chances,please help me.

Been smtime since I posted...can c tat most of u guys r helpng each othr out...so dint really feel the need to post...abhinav is a handful anyway

Hmm...as for the 2nd shortlist, I know its gettin delayed...pls understand that in a profile based evaluation whr multiple factors decide the fate of candidates, one cant really b sure how long it wud take...we r takin that extra bit of time to finish the shortlisting...we are almost done and sm verifications hv to be done...u cn expect the results in 3-4 days

The intws for this shortlist would most likely b done in march...so the final shortlist of selected candidates cud b out smtime by march end or by mid april...

As opposed to Mohit's experience, u cn be reasonably sure to expect such a qn in atleast one of the rounds...

The idea is to c if u really identify urself with the requirements of the insti...whether thrs a synergy between u and the insti in terms of ur ideals, attitudes and skill sets...while its gud to go thru the website and find out wat the insti luks for n the candidates, its more imp fr ppl to honestly introspect if they r able to relate to the instis expectations...fakin wil show itself quite easily in the intws...

Hope tat gives an idea abt how to approach these kinda qns..

Carrying ur joining letter + the latest pay slip wud do fine...the pay slip if downloaded fm a website needs to be signed by ur co's HR..

Residents of India cud also apply thru GMAT...but in anycase, the last date to submit the same for 2-yr pgdm program is past !!!

If u have mentioned it for work exp...u wil be required to substantiate it...pls get a exp certificate fm ur past employer
