-- If they were considerate of people not having internet.. would they give notification only in "Hindu" -- don't think they care..
-- Also, if it was so much a govt thing then the paper would have been in 2 languages English and Hindi -- look at UPSC/JEE
I do agree to the legal validity point about online results..
