CAT RESULTS:The results of CAT 2007 will be available on the cat website: CAT IIM - 2007 on the 8th of January from 9 AM onwards. The scores can be accessed by keying in the test registration number and either the date of birth (preferred) or the cat application number. The IIMs that have short listed the candidate for group discussion and interviews (if so) will also be displayed automatically. However, the details of the date and venue will be available by post as well as on the individual IIMs web sites (after a couple of days).

The scores can also be obtained telephonically through the IVRS or by sending an SMS to 57333. To access the results through SMS, the candidate should send an SMS to 57333 as follows: 'CAT space registration number space date of birth (dd/mm/yy)' or 'CAT space registration number space application number"
Example: CAT 5370082 030482.

All these will be available only after 9 AM on the 8th of January 2008
A Clarification

Question Q41 of the Test Booklet Form Number (TBFN) 111, Q33 of the TBFN 222, Q48 of TBFN 333, and Q33 of the TBFN 444 had a typographical error. Hence, this question will not be considered for evaluation.

How this is possible? I have checked answer key of all major institues (IMS, Times, etc), its clearly mentioned that this question is wrong. Then how A can assume that he/she will get 4 marks for this question.

Buddy I feel you are a bit wrong in your analysis....

If everyone gets 4 marks, then it wont increase everyone'e score by 4 marks....some have calculated their score with assumption tht their asnwer is correct according various insti keys...now they woint get additional 4 marks ...but others would get tht...

same is true with 96 marks paper...lets assume person A has solved tht question and according to all insti he has got it correct...while B hasnt solved it at all....
so before correction, cut off is calculated as per increased marks of A.

Now apply correction, as question will be ignored, A will loose his 4 marks and so cut off will go down...

Do I make any sense here?

I have a question.

In a class, there are 60 students.
For every 8 students learning Judo there are 4 students who learn Karate. For every 14 students learning Judo there are 7 students who learn both Karate and Judo and 7 students learning none.

1.) how many students learn only karate?
20.....30...0....40 ?

2) Only judo?
20....40....0....14

3) both karate and judo?
0....10....60....20


Please explain how the answer was obtained also....it will be really helpfull

Actually i have lost my CAT 2007 Scorecard. Though i do have the admit card for the CAT 2007. Can anyone suggest me how can i get my CAT 2007 scorecard?
