six calls dint convert a single . he had 99.66 percentile...,.. but reasons were lack of time to prepare for GDPIs ... he works with Infosys.
Something like 10-15% for the GD and then maybe 30-35% for the interview.
(This year with IIMB asking for recommendations...there is also a kahani mein twist)

boss, they also have weightage for your previous acads and work-ex.
and if you have good extra-curriculars then that too.
its very difficult to judge the criteria and weightage.........
What do you mean by wieghtage? Is it a simple percentile calculation?
Like 100 percentile = 60 marks (assuming 60$ weightage) and 90 percentile = 54 marks? In this case, considering that most of them are above 97 percentile, CAT score would itself make very minimum difference right??? Like 99 percentile=54.6 and 100 percentile=60.
