Is there anyone out here whose converted calls in the past ( or present) of other institutes..... left them and written Cat the next year just for the iims....

Please do post your experience of it here.....

hey... long tym since i posted... placements starting frum april.. so m in a big fix... although iam totally focussed IIMs k liye par getting placed wont hurt..

waise i wanted to ask dis thing bahut tym se... what all books/novels shud 1 read to broaden his knowledge and skills... also reading can help a lot in GDs\RCs...

what all buks hv left an impression on u ppl?? do let me know...

i personally believe that no book can be compared to fountainhead's concept.... best till date 4 me..

hi there,
it ll depend totally on your interest buddy...
for business know how...reading of any business daily and especially its editorials is necessary...for general purpose reading...one shud read what ever one gets to read...like novels as u ve mentioned the fountainhead...vaise i havent read it myself...

the thing required is that the reading must cover diverse topics and subjects...so that one must not be troubled if a topic of one's interest doesn't appear in a competitive exam...

hey buddy i know many people who have left even MDI
gurgaon to try for IIMs ....

If you are confident that you woul keep yourself motivated for next year then go for it if you think that this year was luck and i got SIBM which i woul never get next time then join SIBM
