My weakest section is DI so what do you guys have to say about how can i improve that...

i have also been in the same dilemma but one point that i found out is that the di material of most of the coaching institute deals with number crunchers and currently there has beeen a great shift towards more of application sort of questions..
at a glance i didnt even find arun sharma for di too good.. i think the best way to tackle di is to take up previous years mock cat papers of various institutes and do them thouroughly i think that really really helps as it gives you exposure to various kind of applications....

for lr i thing the material in ims is good..
if any body has anything in mind then please do suggest.... :bigear:

Hi there,

If you have a good BG in QA, then u just need to brush up the basics from some elementary book(s) or any study material, whatever it be, NCERT books, Study material of TIME/CL/IMS. The important area, on which you may need to work with is Algebra and Geometry. So, have a glance on the over-all picture.. take few diagnostics. You may certainly come up with a good plan.

In case, you have an average BG in QA. Speed up! You may find as many stuffs as the number of days are left now onwards, if you mark 'em categorically! Take 15-30 days to study the basics and meanwhile keep attempting short questions and sitters. And finally take the sprints off to make your attempts rate faster and sound accurate.

And you know, the word "Practice" is self-explanatory!

Hope this helps!

Cheers and besties!

I think the best way to improve on DI / LR is to practice as much as possible from previous year mocks of various intis and previous year CAT papers. for logical you can also do Puzzles book by Shakuntla Devi.

well... yes vocab is imp in CAT.
and dont be scared abt English. it just requires some patience, thats all.
Read, read n read is what i would say. Read newspaper regularly n look up n note down any new words u encounter along with their meanings/ synonyms.
U can go thru the word lists provided by any of the coaching classes, even Barrons will be good.
Just chill. All the best
