now i want to take CAT seriously...and here i am in a dilemma of choosing between
a) get work experience of min 1.5 yrs along with cat preparation
b) just completely concentrate on cat preparation for 2008.
There are no family pressures to take up a job.( no responsibilities). I dont have good communication skills . i doubt this will be a problem for me to clear GD and PI.

hi suresh,
i don't think you are that bad a manager of your own time...
as you told that you had scored a 90.2, it means that you can do it...
regarding your question concerning choice between preparation and job, i suggest you that you must go for the job on july 14th as you have mentioned above...
this will help you in two ways...
1) you communication skill will improve a lot and you will grow in confidence overall as a person because of daily new scenarios you will have to face...
2) you wiill also learn how to manage your time in a more efficient way...you are going to need it badly in any B-school you aim for...
what i think is living at home creates an extra amount of pressure on a person's part to achieve his goal...this may lead you to do very well or you may even falter grossly...
you must go on with your job in a positive way and stop apprehending bout the same...:chillpill:...also the job will place you in the higher league of people with work experience...:-)
hope my opinion helps...
