hi,
some books are available in the market for LR-DI but they don't have the level of questions as are asked in the CAT...
what i suggest is that you must go through the mocks for this particular section...
all mocks (CL TIME IMS etc) have a good quality of DI sets which test the mental ability to a great extent...also their practice gives a knack to approach these questions in a productive way...

Buddy chill u surely can take the CAT no one can stop u.....ure call depends only on ure CAT percentile for IIM A&C....and almost the same with K&I......and for others a bit of academics......u may have to explain it in the interview....so what?.....just do it......if u hav a good reason say it confidently...if u truly goofed up admit it.......importantly prepare for ure CAT and leave these worries its not required....and after getting call they wont reject u just for that..... I had to explain my gpa in every interview.....big time.....u will explain ure drop simple

CAT'07
Q.A-96
V.A-94.7 (a mark lesser and I wudnt be in IIM C)
D.I-98.75
O.A-99.17
Calls-IIM C,K ;MDI
NMAT call-Did not attend
Converts- IIM C & MDI
Rejects-IIM K

:gunsmilie: Say what u want and do as you like coz those who matter don't mind and those who mind dont matter

What i am thinking is also similar to what varun had said

Yes u have kindaa f___d up ur engineering:baaa:. SO what?. Prepare CAT 2008 with onfidence, Get a monster percentile and when u r in the interview panel just explain the truth. It will be tough..but If they think that u r wotrhy enough to be @ an IIM, They willnot prevent you. They will be looking at what this candidate can offer to IIM and not our backlogs. If u r going thru threads like "All I want to say about CAT" or "IIM convertees profile", you can see that lot of people have bounced back from their personal tragedies to have a shining career thru IIMs

Best of luck

ps:But u have to complete ur engineering before sep 2009 by any means:satisfie:
