hi Navneet,
i ve been in a same dilemma after CAT'07...
but many of the members on this very thread have told me to start from any material (whether old or new)...build your concepts and then go for the test series in august or so...
the choice of the material is a purely personal opinion...u must see what u like...if u prefer classroom coaching then u may opt for it...otherwise u can even go for any correspondence course (old or new, but not very old)...
what i have done is that i have enrolled for a correspondence course...because i am working and don't have time for classroom coaching...
hope it clarifies your query to some extent...:-)

he he...
even i am working as a software engineer...
so i can understand your position (along with the reason of your quick reply too....like me ;-))
i don't have an exhaustive list of good books to tell u...
but one thing I'd suggest that go through this thread itself...
it contains many valuable posts from the aspirants and even quite heavily experienced ones too...
you'll get your query completely answered...:-)
