Pls suggest ...

Hey Rajesh, everything depends upon your choice....
You have to look inside yourself and introspect if you really want to be an MBA, if you do and you have the passion then you dont need anybodys help, you will sail effortlessly on the winds of your passion

The thing is you must REALLY want the degree, else however much you try, mugup, give any number of mocks you wont get it....
If you have the passion, then nothing can stop you, not your age not your marks in 12th not anything, it starts with you and ends with you, you are the one who has to decide if its worth another shot and do you really want it,

Age does not matter, our super mod prem_ravi has proven that

All the best

most mba aspirants suggest economic times not for the eco news but mainly to enhance their reading skills and vocab
It has beautiful language and superb thought provoking editorials

For those who find economic times too technical, following HT's Mint may not be a bad idea...it does have some limitations, but overall, I think it's good for the layperson.

As far as the test series is concerned you have a misconception about IMS that they offer only 8 tests.

IMS has segregated its Mock CAT test series into 2 parts such as SIMCATs and MAXCATs and there are 8 of each of them. If you wish to take both SIM as well as MAX you can do that by paying more. You can inquire about this at any IMS centre.

Also if you are joining only the test series then let me tell you that the first 4 test of TIME are only for students who have taken full time course.
TIME offers a set of 16 AIMCATs and will also later offer an entry to people who are interested in taking only 8 AIMCATs by paying a lesser amount of sum.

Now for the quality i can only say that yes IMS has the best explained solutions(infact sometimes i felt that TIME people dont themselves knew the answers of the Q's they asked) but the Quality of test is much better as far as TIME goes.
Infact since IMS gives such wonderful solutions i suggest you to go for TIME test series and get the IMS SIMCATs photocopied from some friend and solve them yourself. As such the answer sheet provided by IMS people would be sufficient enough for you to gain a better understanding.
