yes. it includes laterals as well...we have only one placement season at our end..where the placement for both laterals and freshers is done in the same season...

just an info........

GDPI process wil involve
1) Group Discussion( a usual thing in all B-skuls)
Current happenings/ Abstract are usually d topics

2) Personal Interview( a usual thing in all B-skuls)
Freshers:
Know ur acads properly expect a good no. of questions from ur areas of interest
Experienced:
questions would b more on ur job and stuff but do expect some questions from acads 2

imp:B consistent wid ur answers which u wud write in forms sent along with d call letters

3) Written Analysis (well this might require some explanation.........)
it is a round where u mighty be asked to write about a topic for about a page or so.......
in some cases it mighty be just a summary about the GD

about d break up m not very sure thou. but can tel u its d score for the entire process dat is taken in2 consideration so performing consistent in all wud b crucial

note: dis is not necessarily d sequence in which it would happen.
