To my knowledge CAT scores are basically used only to shortlist candidates. your selection solely depends on ur performance during ur gd/pi.Ofcourse work experience would be given weightage.

Cn i expct a cal frm BIM?
How difficult wil it b for me to convert d cal...if i get 1 dat is.

Hi,
Cut offs for BIM vary each year and is different according to the category you fit in.
Not sure if work experience would be considered for the initial screening.Calls are purely based on the cut-offs...

I have got 77.87%ile in CAT 2007....I m an SC category candidate.....Can I expect a GD call from BIM.....And does BIM consider sectional cut-offs?????I've already applied for BIM....

i have scored 89.31 %ile in CAT..
have work exp of 18 months as of now in IT industry..
did b.tech as graduation...
what chance do i stand in BIM?
is work exp given weightage in getting a call?

hi as dinesh has said in one of the above posts, cutoffs vary for each category.. so its tuf for us to predict.. with the results scheduled to be announced in a week's time, all v can say is hope for the best..
