with the percentile and under the quota...u shud get the call for gd/pi based on previous yrs trends

regarding ur other queries

1) BIM doesnt consider sectional cut-offs till now..
2) CAT score is the sole criteria to get the call for GD/PI in each category...after that its ur performance
3) Ur workex will come into picture at the GD/PI stage

I ve not been to any choching institutes. So can you pls let us
know wat can one expect in the GD and PI. Which will be useful for my prepartion.

Regarding GD,
About the panel strength, Areas of topic choosen for GD,

Regarding PI,
no. of interviewer, nature of interview(stress based), topics questioned.

Personal experience are most welcome.

hello, well i think it'll take some time to decide the cutoff tho i'm not sure of it.. vl chk wid the insti 2mrw coz no officials here today being a sunday.. else u can call the coll 2mrw and see..

By when can i expect to know the placement details of 2008 batch?
Whats the influence of lateral placements in over all placements? I am asking this questions as i was told that most of the high packages are offered to people placed through lateral placements. If that is the case, average CTC offered will be much less for people going through ordinary placements.

I am interested in Marketing. I want to know the highest and Lowest CTC offered for marketing people.

i understand ur anxiety to knw the placements.. but as of now v cant give the details.. this year it was awesome.. well, to some extent ur pay depends on ur experience but not all companies look for dat.. and mktng companies prefer freshers or ppl wid relevant experience.. u can take it for sure - marketing had biggies this year..

When i check on line, it is showing my applicaton status as 'Payment Received'. Does that mean my application reached BIM? I payed through Credit card.
