NITIE - 2008 -2010 Admissions Queries

NITIE had called OBC candidates for the GD PI process. I guess they would come out with the list of selected candidates through the OBC quota. The supreme court judgement also states that if an institute couldnt fill up the OBC seats (for some reason) , tha same can be filled up by General candidates.

Hi every1, I wanted to know about the refund policy of NITIE (Its mentioned in the PGDIM call letter, but I need some clarification)... Here is the mail that I dropped to the admissions office today morning. Anything anyone here can help me with ?

Respected Sir,

I, the undersgned, has been selected for the PGDIM course at NITIE for the 2008-2010 batch.
My NITIE application number is 75483.

I wish to find out that, out of the total fee of 1,30,500/- that I pay to NITIE as fee, how much maximum possible amount can be claimed as refund (in the event that I might cancel my admission in April End) ? The call letter explains the refund of Tuition fee and Caution money deposits only which amount to 1,14,000/-. There is no mention of refund of the hostel fee for first year of 9000/- , alumni association fee 3000/- and Mediclaim policy fee 3000/- and mess advance 1500/-.

Please help.
