A bloody joke of a mock is what I would prefer to call this "FREE" mock. Wasted time in giving this. Could have utilised that time for better things.

hey guys ..this is getting worse.
after 2 weeks......mock 7 ...determined to do well...and finally messed up so badly...just getting abt 30 odd marks.
di is not my strenght....i want to do well there...abd this kind of paper is killing my confidence...
i mean whats the use of this paper at all......hardly 50 days left...so much of pressure to perform ...and u end up like like u cant think of clearing any management exam....

guys if next mock is same as it was today....i will just give a damn to CL and mr. SATYA!

Hi there.. totally agree with u...theres no reason for having such a difficult mock...Im not considering my scores of this mock as any indication of my preparations...it seems tht cl guys wanted to prove tht they are no less when it comes to making a mock difficullt.

my guess wud be tht cutoffs wud be 12-16 QA
16-20 DI, 25 EU/RC.

this mock was a toTal disaster as everything was bouncing .........

and to top it all was MORE THAN ONE CORRECT ANS...........

I MEAN IT WAS SO BAD.......I FOUND TWO CORRECT ANS BUT SOLN SAYS THREE .........AND WHEN I GET 3 THEN SOLN SAYS TWO...........

I MEAN ALL MY MARKS JUST GOT..................

Gave SIMCAT - 3 from 10.30 - 1 PM ... and here i was ready for CL MOCK

at 2.30 PM

Was totally drained,tired. And to add the woes extraterrestrial question paper. I got out it an hour.

QA - 5
DI - 8.8
VA - 3

Tot - 16.8/300

Hello!! i think this paper was like a MIT entrance exam rather than a mock.. such absurd difficulty level..

Shame on CL. You can do better than this.
Either the paper was easy or we are stupid....

What a PAPER it was

!!
I was expecting that this time CL ppl will experiment by adding more no of question (the way TIME did)......but this paper was a disaster.

The concept of ........ adding "more than one choice is correct" plays like a spoiling sport for the paper!! IN VA when u r normally confused btw....2 close choices......how do u expect to answer all the correct choices

I seriously don know how to manage VA (if we are expecting such a pattern in CAT as well).....I normally score OK in VA ...but when it comes to selecting more than one correct answer....... i somehow manage to get all my answers wrong

. The way analysis is done for TIME mock.....can anybody please initiate the same on this thread as well!!

I need to know how to manage "more than one correct answers"!!

When they distributed the paper, they want about the package of 6 mocks for 500 bucks or something like that. It sounded good then.

I think spending those 500 bucks on some steaming pizzas would be more worth it..... Should have listened to my body and taken a nap in the afternoon instead of going for this.......

My scores :

QA : - 1.25 ( yes, thats negative )
DI : 18.75
VA : 18

Overall : 35.5

And I used to think the TIME guys used to be obsessed with higher difficulty levels. Why cant these guys accept reality and understand thats it NOT about whether you can solve problems have 2 dozen steps or crack geometry stuff after drawing half a dozen extra lines in the figure.........
