PRECATs really dont demotivate me...coz I see tho I cant solve everything correctly..what I solve correctly (sometimes) motivates me a lot...I hav also seen CAT archive...
taking MOCK SNAP can never be option to get inspired for PRECAT but for a change..a better change...SIBM/SCMHRD/SIIB asps must take it....
It is like a practise match in between d 1-dayers....so better performers can take a 'rest'...and that may help our percentiles go higher...to motivate us...

Well as I see it its a great opportunity to measure yourself against 15-20 k people on their territory (the CL open mock)

Since i gave SNAP last year and got calls from SIBM(converted) n SCMHRD (didnt appear for PI) I really think if you dont screw up royally on the SNAP day.. a fair amount of CAT prep will see you through easily..
but again thats my opinion.. you are the best judge

I do not know if any of you have noticed, Not a single soul has cleared all cutoffs this time round(pls correct me if im wrong..just scanned).. so the paper was indeed hard so no reason to get demotivated

cf results in snap is always outstanding.

here i am XL...wid my opinion...
you are right managing to clear cut off s in PRECATS is charm in itself, a gud spirit builder ... as compared to solving large number of questions in SNAP bt that is also FUN in itself to score as large number[overall score] as possible..... motivation doesnt need ne specific route to pursue... it is perception that matters...!!

am an MBA aspirant n want to analyse my performance in all type of mocks coz it wud give me fair idea abt my performance in the d day of not only cat bt it can also help me in applying other college entrance exams like SNAP, NMAT, JMET n IIFT etc.... if wud farewell in mocks of those exams i will fill other colleges forms also apart frm givin CAT....

hi ankitg... u r absolutely right...!!
bt rememeber total number of students r still less in CF may b if junta of time students wud give then cutoffs may deviate [ may b high or low dnt want to comment on that..]

neways i wanted to gain motivation by shooting huge scores bt that is not the soul aim of giving SNAP... i want to go for snap allied colleges tooo... bt sorry 2 say i hv taken Precats..2 day...cudnt resist my self
