Hi UDT Puys,

I dont know whether I can be a part of this team... for me this team itself is a dream team.. my cat journey is full of bad experiances..... wrote cat 2 times before... couldnt get a decent score... got 90 %ile in XAT 07... with good academic reco like univ rank holder in engg.. and 4 years of experiance the scores were like an eye opener and it did hurt my ego badly...i felt that the poor performance is because of my lack of preparations.. planned to join TIME test series in 2007...

aim cat 020 - 95.43 % ile.. i thot i am on track... alas worse is yet to come.. for the next 11 mocks not a single mock above 90 %ile.. but consistently in 85s.... and 3 mocks below 80s ..but i feel this is not a very bad performance but there is 101 % chance for improvement...

But perseverance is the mantra for successsss... i am getting aged... but my dream to get into ivy league is still young... i will never leave that dream... this time i am writing all the entrance exams except mat/ibsat/cet.... planning to apply all the inst above 25 ..... lets see what is there in the store... applied for sp jain dubai also.. yet to get a reply from them...

Hello everyone.. I think its time i threw the hat in the rink.. My name is Sameer Agarwal.. I have previous CAT scores as follows: 2004: 98.92 ( MDI, NMIMS, XIMB reject);
2005: 97.11 (NMIMS Converted)
2006: 97.33, GMAT- 750

2007 Mock scores for 5 mocks I have taken: 98.4x, 98.68, 94.71, 85.33 (My first ever below 94 score), 95.11

I think im an ideal candidate for the UDT. My "almost there" scores, my NMIMS conversion, and my mock performance (except the second last one ofcourse) and true indicators that I'm almost there.. I have already started working on my declining performance, and I promise u ill bounce back big time..

And since this is my last attempt at belling the CAT, u can rest assured im all fired up and gonna give it my best shot..

I think IM the ideal UDT candidate.. can it get better..???

Last Date For Nomination - 3rd october, 2007 (Before 12 noon)

Date Of UDT 2007 Final Team Announcement - 4th October, 2007

Same is being updated in the opening post too..

. So on a good day I can score a century on behalf of my team or take a few catches or bring water to the boys playin in the middle

But if I cant do ne of these I can be a good cheer leader for this team

. And even if I dont get selected will keep on egging n buggin u guys .So be sure tht I ll spam this thread like hell. Hence y not pick me

A very good news for all UDT aspirants. As mentioned in the opening post, we are planning to go ahead with UDT 2007 T-Shirts. Unlike UDT 2007 Tees (Where anyone could get those), this will be for the people who have nominated themselves for UDT only. Details are mentioned below -

The 18 puys Selected for UDT will get UDT T-Shirts with their position mentioned. eg. The captain will get a Tee with "Captain, UDT 2007" mentioned on it. (The exact wordings will be decided later). So on for the 10 general members, coach, 3 cheerleaders.

Puys who have nominated themselves for the UDT 2007 but not in the final team, can get general UDT 2007 T-Shirts (With "UDT 2007" mentioned on it).

Since the Tees for the team members have to be custom-made (Size is teh factor), the Tees can be ordered only after 4th October, 2007.

Pricing details will be available later. But rest assured, it's gonna be worth it..

For the general T-Shirt, we need to know the demand first. I request all the interested puys to make their interest known ASAP.

for the UDT Tee!!! Arey.... aap log UDT'06 ka T-shirt idea le rahe ho. In return you should give UDT'06 team, a free Tee man!

And I will hopefully get both '06 and '07 (if i am selected)

@ Veritas : Man, you have a awesome record in terms of ur Mock percentiles. Without graph I can see a upward trend.

I thinketh, you should Apply for Dream Team instead!! You are an ideal candidate for DT'07!

heheheh i think u dint see tht the latest results are appended below (consistently inconsistent)

and besides performing as a dark horse and inspiring others is way better thn being at the top n looking down below.

Dear Anirban,

i am nominating myself for the UDT 07.... I feel that i can be the coach as many of other members can be elevated to DT 07....

On the contrary, I think the record of Veritas makes him a perfect candidate for the UDT.. He satisfies all the criteria, and his performance itself shows that he has it within him to make it to the IIMs. UDT 2007 needs such good members..

How about a UDT Tee for '06 members saying "UDT Alumni" irrespective if they are in this year's team or in some bschool
