Hi All.
My take about this high number game is this... only CAT/XAT is obsessed with low number game ( atleast in the last 2 years).. but there are SNAP/NMAT/JMET etc. which are into number games.. we need these kind of exams to increase out speed levels. Here it is about numbers.. if you solve only 40 ~50 questions dont even think about getting a call what ever accuracy you show.. so this test was a real eye opener considering the fact that we UDT 07 write all the exams and we are not biased to IIMS alone  .. any takers..

vaise sorry i cldnt come to thread for past 2 days,......... took a off from office
now got gprs on my phone finally...............
These two days i completed analysis of 2 papers...............did some CR
some q on maths and D.I
crux of two days, change ur approach in DI...... dnt keep trying to solve a set in one particular way for more than 7 min.................
also u should not be stereotyped in your approach + find a way to figure out what approach to use in which type of questions...........
elaborating on it-------- in some LR questions u will have to make a table , for some grid and for some other things................
MORAL -- try to figure out links, if u arent able to, u r screwed...............

vg | This is absolutely true...especially in the DI sets that cat has been dishing out recently. I had found it very difficult to crack DI sets of late. But in the last few mocks I have tried arranging the given data in a way suitable to me...making tables with relevant data ..and this has helped me in thinking clearly during the test and improving my score....
As the DI tutorial on pg mentioned...its more about data organization before one gets down to intrepreting it.
btw, yeh scanned sectional tests mile toh even I'd like to recieve them. I have a real shortage for the month of October - which per me is the prime time to be doing sectionals and improving one's speed whilst keeping accuracy constant.

Modify the preferences under the edit tab if you are unable to open the pdfs. Go to startup and Check the use page cache option and set reopen documents to last viewed page to all files.
