Some good news from my end as well.
Got through FMS-FT! 
A big relief indeed. Certainly not as spectacular as Harshads comeback, but definitely worth mentioning.
Was down after the XAT results and even felt that probably an MBA is not in my destiny.
But things have changed an how! Bagged FMS-FT!!!:grab:
My GDPI went almost perfect......In fact am yet to post my experience. (Now that the thread has been re opened, I think that I might just do it)
Was optimistic but seeing my past bad fortune, didnt want to be too expectant.
Finally when the day arrived, I checked PG.......FMS-MS results out first....with my name not there. Didnt know wot to make out of it, after all my MS GDPI wasnt that great.
But when I checked my mail box...there it was...an email confirming my entry into one of my dream schools!!
Cant find words to describe my feelings of that moment! Thanked the Almighty by saying a small prayer!
Thank you all puys for being supportive and providing me with great inspiration!

Hello !
Dude, the first thing that came to my mind when i heard about your FMS convert was.... 'Thank God ! He really deserves this break.'
I know what you've been through last year and this year. The IIFT tragedy, the ISB ding, the CAT debacle, and the XAT shocker..... its enough to get anybody down.... and its a sign of great character to rise from something like that to get into one of the best b-schools in the country.

Here is an update from my side - Have put in my papers today 
Well, everybody knew I would be leaving in a few days, but now its official. With 1 month notice period, I will be working only till 25th April (max)................

Missed XL BM after what had been a pretty good interview. Or so I thought....
Waitlisted at 19 for PMIR. Hmmmmm....
Not feeling as bad as I thought I would....... Have I become stronger or just indifferent ?
Hard luck, rajat..... but then you almost definitely have NITIE.
Prem bhai, I wish I could do something....... really tough luck, dude. Finding it very difficult to see the guy who's taught me how to fight and hang in there go through something like this.... 
BTW, got 99.69 with 142 in CET.... Dont know whether this is good / bad / pathetic for JB ( Maharashtra guy )
