PG Underdogs Team (UDT) '07

[CAT 2007]

In my opinion, its high time that UDT 2007 be selected and the lucky puys who get selected kick off with the proceedings. The very purpose of forming a team of underdogs is to polish the skills which they already have and make them ready for the mighty feline. The least the selectors could do is to form the team atleast two months before the CAT so that the team gets sufficienct time to work together and help thy members and fellow puys as well. What say junta???

I am very much pleased by the advance in dates.

We would get some more time for knowing each other and starting on team building activties. Very valid points from Krish.vik, Greenspan et all.

SIMCAT 2 - 99.49 (Though missed the Simcat rank as didn't cleared the QA cutoff)

Looking at my mock scores one will feel that they are going down , but I would say for sure that they are gonna peak at the correct time. I already have the experience of giving CAT twice but both time due to one or the other thing I was not able to score when it mattered the most.

In CAT 2004 it was the goof up in marking ovals while in CAT 2006 it was the pressure & over cautiousness (the VA section ofcourse) that led to my disaster at the C-Day . Also till last year I was not analysing the mocks religiously which I am doing this time and am finding a marked difference in my performance from last year.

I know for sure that this time I will clear it no matter what comes in between me and cracking CAT. Also on my day I can give any DT member the run for their money .

I am not a DT material because I was, I am and I will be an UD for the whole of maah life . Moreover I want to give a one tight slap to all the people here in maah office who believe that I am not capable of doing something significant. By clearing the CAT this time I will show all them that they have underestimated me.

UDT or No UDT but I will be an Under Dog

So heres the deal ..

CAT 2004 .. managed 96.30% .. had joined CL and prepared till September 2004 .. got campus placement and then i only remember the CAT day .. ( Hey u cant miss those daru partiezz and err hmm (u knw the flying stuff .. ) )

CAT 2005 .. didnt even try .. thought gotta get a break .. (Got a nice one)
CAT 2006 .. yeah tried .. TIME tried helping .. always skipping classes .. and ya i sketched a lotta stuff while in the class .. serious study 1 mnth juzz before CAT and ya 82% was the average mock score .. (i calculated after the CAT was ovr)
got 99.29% in CAT( QA - 99.85,VA - 93.xx , DI was like 83% which was another brick in the wall ..


So its been a longissh sojourn .. i think i shud be in the UDT since i can't be in DT ..
because of obvious reasons .. nevertheless i will try my level best to get the CAT in the bag .. this tradition thing has really pulled me in .. as im not sucha nthusiastic in postin ..

I really can be the DARK HORSE ( Hey it feels like a lot of bragshit .. )

I suggest that we should publicize UDT in the IMS, CF, Cl and TIME mockcat threads that will open this weekend. That way the puys who are active only there, will get to know about UDT. Nominations will pick up.

ITs perfectly fine mate. The judges never prevented us from doing that. Guess that somebody had to just take the initiative. And you and macora have already done it. Maybe the confusion lay in the selection criteria. Puys please do go ahead and post your nominations. I will do so myself in a while.

• Attitude
• Past exploits
• Promise of activity/involvement
• Mock scores
• Being too good(scores wise) for UDT

U r welcome mate I seriously think v can put our strategies n puys shud try out nethin they like n it wud also help me to remove any glitches in my strat coz i kno they r not perfect else my mock scores wudnt have varied so much

You are an underdog if

• You know all the above things are true, but no1 believes you coz u have never done something to show them ..

Sorry for spamming but cudn't withstand cing the post coz i always had a penchant to UD's. Their stories, success everything inspires me.

I wud like to scream and say proudly .."Yes..I was a UD once..but now I am here where none cud aspire" ..May b will do it in "All I want to speak.." if everything goes well after CAT
