'Offend' is correct. The verb linked to the auxiliary 'did' is 'mean' which should be and is in the present tense....

Yes to that!..I realized that in the last mock cat...No matter how difficult a section - you can sail through the cutoffs assuming you get the sitters right...Was true of DI in 0804...
Accuracy is paramount to cracking sections...
