and personally may be this is not the right thread i have got 89.52 in cat07 and hope 2 get a call 4m wellingkar.if i get through that which will be worth spending the money at. as the avg. salary is very high at wellingkar. and if i want 2 cancel my admission will they refund my money acc. 2 aicte rule

Well highest salaries are improving every year...hope ur batch gets that double digit 4 us....
If you are a gurl..then u may get a separate room....boys are on twin sharing....
Ib this year got placed in arnd 15-20 days....
With regards to welingkar....I hope u have heard of the term "Inflated Salaries". Welingkar is famous for charging capitation and allowing backdoor,also welingkar calls arnd 25 students for each seat..so u nc imagine hw difficult it is 2 convert...but there is no harm in giving it a shot...
Yes in case u wnt 2 quit bimtech will refund as per AICTE rules...

Can you tell me one thing the question which is bugging me since the result....
BIMTECH will cost me around 8.5 lakhs with median salary around 5, and Amrita(Coimbatore) will cost me 5.5 lakhs having same median salary. I know BIMTECH is a better institute... It would have been better to have a better median... Bcoz at the end of the day we have to repay our loans with interest. Just being apprehensive of taking that extra amount of bank loan....

after depositing the draft and also faxing a copy of the draft how do we know that the admission is confirmed??
how far is the boys hostel located from college??
wat are the timings for classes(generally),is saturday off
Do work ex people get any advantage during placements??

yhankyou 4 d help. but please tell me about the internet connection there . do we have 2 take the suitable mobile phone wit bluetooth or do they give good connectivity. also is there prohibition on sites like yahoo as i need them 2 stay in touch with my family

hi this is my first post i want to know is birla is really worth i got call for ib but i am not able to make my mind , last date for depositing admss fee is 24 mar , placement is good but fees is also very high , my welingkar gd is also remaining so plz help
also as AICTE HAS LAID GUIDELINES ,isn't its mandontary that if student is unwiiling to take adm,fees need to be return ???{processing fee need to be exempted}

bimtech websie mention fees to be 4.5 now it doesn't
include the other charges {mess , hostel, books + ........} can u give the idea about total exp . and also with bank interest rate what cap loan is the best, and at avg placement 5.5 it will be good ........also i want to know is ib student will be given an option to upgrade to pgdm as they are going to list a waiting list so ib stud needs 2 be given choice firstly

You will recieve the acknowledgement letter in sum days....dunt worry abt that...you can even calll n confirm...
boys hostel is 2 kms away....
timings may vary depending upon d schedule...at times its 9am to 9pm....all depends....there is a weekly off nt necessarily saturday...anyways u cn party on a weekday also...If at alll u get time...lolzz
