you missed my nomination here...but no regrets...
just read the last 5 odd pages of the thread and i've realised something...this thread is a vision and i knw next year and on there'll be stupendous number of puys who'll check this thread and realise what it takes to be there...what it means to be through the thick and the thin...coz, success stories you'll find galore but people sharing their failures, then getting over with the disappointments to stand up and fight again n again ain't that common...

this is a special thread for special people...

Arey yaar, the selection hasn't even started and we have people withdrawing their nominations. C'mon guys show some fighting spirit. Fight for your place in the BBLT. (Who knows... what we are doing today might end up being part of history tomorrow. )

Hey Puys,

It's great to see that "Bol Bachan Losers Team" has really gathered momentum
But come on now, IAYF buddy. You can't just withdraw your nomination. We are all a part of BBLT, and we are in this together.

Since I haven't yet posted my application, here it is.


I definitely deserve to be a part of Bol Bachan Losers Team, because this is what I am, and always have been. A Loser, but of a different kind.
When I was preparing for CAT last year, I used to get percentiles between 96 and 99.70 (Thrice above 99.50). My Dream Institute was IIMB and all my registers and BRMs and what not read : IIMB, batch of 2007-2009.

Instead of making most of the occasion, I messed up the whole thing. I messed up the same 150 minutes I was not supposed to mess up.

No IIM calls, not even a single half-decent call, save MDI, probably because of my good work ex of 2.5 years.

With just one call in hand, when the GD/PI day came, I was calm. I was the looser who had no hope, no chance, and nothing (more) to loose. And as it turned out, whatever ghost of a chance I had, was lost when my GD went horribly wrong (I spoke just 5 sentences, when everyone else had been eating each other out for good 15 minutes)
Now all was lost...

In the interview, I stated that India's GDP was $6 Trillion, and population was $1.1 billion (Yes, I $ for population)...

This was the point when my mind started working. Things did turn around. And drastically. And miracles happen. And even if "My Dream Institute" had initially been IIMB... MDI it is now.

At saw this thread sometime back.... when I opened it...
I thot it is some POEM competition

But now I realised what is it....

I have been a big looooooooooooser since my childhood....
In acads , sports n everything u can think of

the first and only achievement of my life was to be in UDT team last year....
But I failed to perform upto UDT expectations there also...

I am so much used to being called loooser...
It wont be a big thing for me.... If i am not able to make a place here....
I'll add this as another failure.... n wil become LO^1000 SER to LO^1001 SER

Despite all those failures... Only one thing is common everytime...
that i hv tried it ....

So I am filling for my nominations here....

oh boy!~! didn't expect such strong reactions...

puys, my withdrawal ain't tantamount to sitting idle and continuing as a loser... i'm a soldier and i'll fight to be who i want to be...

as i said earlier BBLT is a vision...
there are people who have conceived this idea and then there are people who have envisaged what BBLT would be...

as deep put it---
who knows... what we are doing today might end up being part of history tomorrow.

it sure will...these stories will inspire the to-be-puys for years to come...

i had mentioned yesterday here that one of the reasons why i wanted to be 'in' was the brotherhood among puys here...and Greenspan bhai, you've just given an example of this...after seeing that reaction i feel, that i matter...i feel, that yes, i can be there...

and if the selectors feel, i should be there---it would be a privelege to be a part of the phenomenon.
else, a member or not---i'll be found right here with all you elite puys witnessing it all as it happens...


they'll say we lived in the times of PG,
they'll say we lived in the times of BBLT!

Every successful endeavour requires that we learn from the past to launch into the future....

Last year there was a thread on PG which was unique in many aspects.

On this thread many Puys poured their heart out!!

What was going wrong with their mocks!! What strategies they were using!!

And they would receive advice from contemporaries and experts..
