For learning sake i think u should join Career Forum's test series. They are best in terms of quality.

Buddy, I took your advice. I enrolled for one Career Forum test only today. I am totally humbled. I got a score of 36 on the total. It was a terrifying experience. I think I better start prep right away. Any one enrolling students right now for CAT 2008, or do I have to wait? Which institute should I join?

was that PreCAT-4 which u have given...???? It was really tough. i got 156 in it. And yes batches for 2008 are up everywhere.

hey,i don't think IMS test series are at somewhat lower level than any other test series whether it is TIME or CF,in fact i find them closest to the real CAT.I think people here are judging mock series by their difficulty level.That is not the way to go about guys.Anyone can make a tough paper but the thing is how close these papers are when the real examination comes nd in that regard IMS tops the chart plus i think IMS has the maximun number of people enrolled for the test series so competition is also very tough so leave all these thing behind and concentrate more on watever you have in ur hands and do ur best.

I totally agree with your view ! As far as i've understood, IMS is the closest to CAT we can ever get. The last time, one of their patterns was the actual CAT 2006 pattern! They never provide tough papers, but i can say that the papers are really CAT papers. Without being tough, they make you feel the way CAT really is. TIME and CL usually provide tough papers. However, i dont believe that a person cracking a tough paper can necessarily do the same for an intelligent paper. What Say ?
