Well I am giving Career Launcher Mocks which are quite challenging...But i have no idea how many students give CL, so can't comment on %ile standings.
Coming to IMS the papers are not as tough as CL Mocks & also pple who take it are substantial...They experiment a lot on the pattern & marking schemes ALL THE BEST

My honest comment:
Why are we still having this discussion? Aren't we already almost halfway through the Mock Season; and here we are still discussing the relative merits and demerits of which ones to join? I mean, lets just continue with whatever, wherever we have joined and learn to trust our decision/ instinct. This is a debate (best test series) may rage on for unlimited time with each one of us supporting/ liking/ disliking/ criticizing one of the mocks. Lets just forget about this discussion and concentrate on cracking the CAT which is what we all want to do.
So all the best to all of you for CAT. | | | | | The Following 3 Users Say Thank You to deep_agrawal For This Useful Post:

I have taken all mocks of TIME, IMS and CL, In my opinion
this year
1) CL is coming quite close and similar to the AIMCATS.
2) IMS much closer to actual CAT in terms of type of questions , number of questions, marks almost everything.
3) AIMCATS since many people are giving it i guess the percentile factor comes here.
After last year, I have taken up IMS and CL this year. And i feel this is pretty good enough...
I feel one should go for IMS + TIME or IMS + CL...
and this is purely my opinion.
But if you look at the CAT paper lately, its not about setting a very hard paper in math or DI esp last year...SIMCATS come close to the pattern...but for challenging extra questions can go for TIME

I think they will be flexible to let you take In class on weekdays and also scan the answer sheet
PS...NOT SURE ABOUT THIS, BUT U CAN CHECK

Hey all,
I am planning to take CAT in 2008. Planning to join some coaching in Dec or Jan since my job is hectic right now, won't have time for regular classes. Do you suggest I try my hand at some test sries right now... you know, just to get a feel of things. If I do, which insti should I join. ?

For learning sake i think u should join Career Forum's test series. They are best in terms of quality. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
