Somehow i managed to do first OMR error of this season.
which costed me 3.33 marks :-/

getting a total of 23.73 with a percentile of 98.24....

though u ppl hvnt asked my suggestion...
but still my two cents(Its by my experience of CATS and other mock cats i am taking).....


dont go by their percentiles.... these are highly inflated one's...
I am damn sure that with this kind of score I wont get more than 95%tile
in actual CAT... n in time It could be around 85%tile...

If someone is writing only PRAC-CATS....
take all these scores with caution... though u can rely better on the cut offs
given by PT.... rather than the percentiles....

Dont miss the DI(not LR) section of prac-cats... Prac-cats hv so much variety in DI questions.... that if u do all prac-cats DI section religiously.... you may not hv to do anything else in DI.....


P.S:- Please dont take this post as a demoralising one.... Its just that i want to clear the picture to ppl writing only prac-cats... so that they can start preparing accordingly....

i agree.. in fact.. this was my first PT mock.. and after looking at the results.. planning to take up another test series as well.. the last thing i need right now is becoming complacent!

hello every1..

got prac cat 4's result yesterday... got 92.67 percentile..
Quant - 90 percentile:sarcasm:
LR/DI - 19.xx percentile :huh:
Verbal - 99.14 percentile
Overall - 34.. cud have done better... got less in LR due to the lack of time.. wasnt able to slog it in the end!!

How wud u rate my performance guys? Decent/Bad/Very Bad???

Please do let us know if there is a free Mock CAT in ur respective coaching institutes.. Heard that there is a free SIMCAT on 5th September by IMS... dont know exactly...
