I believe CAT is also more of a one day match.We all have put sincere effort for around year.But still we have to accept our score of D day, whatever it may be.

IMI process seems to be better coz atleast they are giving 40% weightage to ur past record.Rest 60% is evaluated on that single day.

So I would say , at the end of the day it all evens out.

We all are in same boat...........lets sail at our best

JAI HO PAGAL BABA KI, finally got a call from imi hr , having a work ex. of 5+ yrs with "lic of india" and "indian railways" and salary of 3 lacs+.how good is that to go for imi hr

As far as course & faculty is concerned, it is no 2nd to any of the other HR programs. The placements this year were good considering the fact that this was the first batch of HR to be placed. So they didn't had any equity with the recruiters. But obviously, we expect a better placement from next session. So I believe that it's worth joining.
