Last year the cut off was 81%tile. So u stand a chance to get the seat.

If you have sufficiently good CAT score, you'll get a call. Although they carry some weightage, but mostly it depends on ur interview, extempore n essay.

No as stated earlier, you dont have to send any scores, all your scores will be directly sent to IMI by IIM's

My experience says, a major portion of interview time will be spent on ur knowledge bout the grad subjects. Since you have bad acads, so prepare well for the subjects.............atleast two of them.........so that you can tell them atleast bout those two subjects very well. By the way, wazz ur background???

I got 90.13% overall with 75% in every section , i have a work ex of 18 months.
i have filled two forms for IMI,one for BM and other for HR.
Can anyoen suggest can i expect a call?

hi ,my scres are di 94.53,qa 91.57,va 98.57 oa 98.44............14 months work ex with cognizant for a leading private bank of usa (jpm chase )..........10th 8412th 82b.tech (ece) 69.4% 7.7 dgpaas far as getting calls are concerned me pretty confident .............but my problem is am terrified of extempores never been a good orator...........but am confident on my acads nd other aspects as well............just let me know how can i master this art of extempore in this short span........i know its something inherent but me ready to go to any extents ...........plz reply

Hey,
Don be afraid of extempore. It's not that they'll give it to u as a shock. It'll be like that they will give u 1 topic (u'll have to choose a slip from many). If you are comfortable with the topic, go ahead; otherwise, take another 1, but that's final n u can't go back to previous topic. Now u r given a minute to think and organize your thoughts and then u have to speak for 1 min.
Topic can be anything under the sun, so read a lot. For practicing extempore, choose any topic and do mirror speaking(I hope u know what it means). And lastly, I would like to give the following steps:
1. Speak
2. Speak Sense
3. Understand where to stop.
