I'm not sure about this as I had given the address of my friend at Nagpur. I think speed post as I had read somewhere on this thread

How far is the college from the Delhi railway station or the nearest railway station?? If we travel from south india..which is the nearest railway station possible?? Coz i shall even be bringing my bike along...

The 2 stations are new delhi station & nizamuddin. Both are relatively close, abt Rs.100 by auto. Nizamuddin is closer but marginally.

Depending on the train ure taking, see if it stops at nizamuddin, it will definitely stop at New Delhi station.

Heard from many sources that this salary figures are CTC and not the actual salary as such..? Any info on that.. seniors please throw light... and also Can any one throw light on the average salary for each stream like systems, operations, finance etc???

After alot of pondering over the issue, I have finally reached a decision to take up IMI over NMIMS. Some doubts are still there, but I think IMI it is for me. would be wonderful to meet all you guys there.

I had a few queries about the hostel. I am from delhi, but my house is very far from IMI, almost takes 50 mins to an hour one side. I know the preference order as outside delhi, NCR and then delhi, but it would be great if these things could be answered:-

1. Apart from the hostel on campus, there is another hostel walking distance away from IMI right, mainly for first years? So does this fill up totslly too, or do delhi students have a chance of getting this hostel?

2. What is the cost of this hostel?

3. Where is it located? Does it have a mess and all other facilities?

4. What is it like? double sharing? Attached bathrooms? Some info would be great.

Also, I read about the gym on campus? Is it good, and has all the basic facilities? What are the timings and charges?
