Hello Everyone,

Haven't gone thru the entire thread, but can answer the placements query.
As for me, I am 2006-2008 batch passout, working with icici lombard, pack 5.5

Placement scenario:- Our batch strength:- 179, by the time we left there were around 14 students left to be placed, as of today i think the no. is around 5.

Min Package:- 2.9 lac
Max: 7.7 lac
Avg: 5 lac
median arnd :- 4.6 lac

Let me tell you all the figures mentioned are CTC figures and not inhand ones.
The site mentions 9.2 as highest, I dont know who he or she is neither do most of my batchmates.

Though quite a few new companies visited the campus they were not enough.

i was really nice to see tht finally some senior coming forward and told us all abt the placement stats.
but couldnt understand one thing, do u wanna say info posted on IMT website is wrong??
really nobody in ur batch got 9.2 lakh as claimed!!!!
if this is true, thn its really very bad on imt part.
wht others hav to say??

hiii everyone. i was selected for imt-n but i hv not sent any installment but still when i check my result its sayin congratulation .... n just to kill my time i called up imt n n they asked me to send dd as soon as possible.... ummmmm.... now wht was tht!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing like this it is true that as per as infrastructure is concerned IMT Nagpur is one of the top institutes in India and there is lot more to come as from this time both batches i.e. first year and second year willhave almost 300 student managers each thus it is obvious that they need to increase the infra structure and that is already done and expansion is complete.

i m passing out of b.tech. this year only & i have a good job in software technology (not IT) with a good salary. buy i have also got imt nagpur(f) am i m confused, i can appear for another cat. but sseing most of the reviews on pagal guy imt n does not seem too inviting, please advise

after waiting for so long, have got IMT nagpur full time ..is it really worthwhile to pay the fees and hope i get upgraded to ghzbd ? ..coz some ppl cud still leave ghzbd ..

hi vinz...
u cannot be upgraded to imt g once u've been offerred imt n...this has been confirmed by a puy who had called up ghaziabad office......imt g has a big waitlist.....

can anybody give the breakup of the fees who hv received offical letter of increased fees as in the site the same old structure prevails

the fee structure given on the website is the updated one...... imt n fees were increased from 496,000/- to 596,000/-
