i have been a pg regular and perhaps this is teh first time i find some eager bbSRites out here...
anyways..lets start witha intro..
i am a cat repeater with 4th attempt this year..
had a solitary scmhrd call last year and 6 calls in from cat 04 and xat 05..
could not convert any
..
struggling with codes and docs in a IT major here in BBSr...
...hoping to say that cat 07 will be my last attempt(hoping to crack this time)....
problem areas are DI and QA
...

well sanipi......improving in di and quant is not so difficult.........i suppose u r good in english.........now coming to ur problem in quants........its better if u do sm problems from number systems and geometry from books like quantum cat(arihant publication) and arun sharma book.they have standard problems which i hope will definitely help u.moreover as i have always told group study does a loyt of help in clearing all the fundas and doing lateral thinking.dude cat is all abt lateral thinking.........and this is not only for the written exam but this process of thinking out of box is going to be the key to crack the gds and interviews........abt di all i can say is practice and try to solve the questions with the help of the answers given.........they not only save time but also smtime are the only ways to solve the questions................friends these cat people are not looking for somebody who can do the sums but for sombody who is smart enough to do that sum in a fast and nontraditional way

from my last year experience i can very well say that CAT needs clear basics and a cool brain.

Not sure about any other institutes, but for IMSINDIA.com shows , you can purchase last years materials online. Simillar is the case for CL.Just check personally at TIME, they do have last year's materials.

2004 NIT RKL pass out.
Will be my 4th attempt at the dreaded animal and hopefully my last.
3 yrs exp in IT major.

Had Nitie call last yr but couldn't convert,
Also had Xim final convert but didn't go......

XL call in 2005 , didn't convert

Let's hope we kill the CAT this time.
