The avg work ex of our batch is around 37 months. Our batch has very diversed profile. We hav few ppl with more than 8 yrs of work ex with us.

We accept CAT or GMAT scores.
The shortlisting of candidates is done based on ur overall profile, work ex, CAT or GMAT score, essays and recos.
Each has its own weightage. After the shortlisting, performance in GD/PI is also taken into accountfor the final selection.

The median work ex is around 32 months and %age of IT people wd be around 40-45%.
Our website will soon be updated with the students profile of our entire batch. U can then view the exact details of the diverse profile that our batch has got.....

Your profile n academics are quite good.Your chance of getting into Great Lakes will also depend on your essays,reco,GD/PI etc also.So,plez go ahead & take the GMAT.You have a good chance of getting interview calls.

I m having a profile as:
24 months exp in S/W till date.
I will be taking up CAT this year, aiming for Glake due to its one yr course.

I wish to know that from whom i should get the LORs, will my TeamLeads or line managers would suffice...also i like to know how many i need to apply for.
