Hey man!

Well the score wasnt upto your expectations last year hence you missed on n no of colleges which could have given you calls for subsequent selection process.
So Dre is an imp lesson learnt here-
Dont think about the scores, just apply to the colleges. But do apply smartly coz it is your hard earned money after all!

Well Y aint any inclination towards software, getting a job is the need of the hour for you and what better then going with the flow for the time being and getting a software job.Once u will be in a job many things will change.

BENEFITS-
NO EMPTY MIND SO NO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.
YOU WILL GET LIKE MINDED PEOPLE WHO WILL BE PREPARING FOR CAT/GMAT.
AC WITH ALWAYS ON INTERNET CONNECTION
DECENT PAY

and the biggest of them all.

By the time Your GD/PI comes for up the CAT 07 exam You will be having 1 year 6months gap.and trust me it can be a tough job convincing the panel dat wat you did all these years, coz people even working for 10 hours a day crack CAT(it is just an aptitude exam). So atleast by start working right now you can easily quote that you wre not well after your engg n den u tried for CAT and scored decently as you had no prep and as soon as it got over you got a job so that you can try for CAT next year as you always wanted to get into a gud college.
hmmmmmm... examiner will think this chap is determined!

Now BAD ACADS can be easily covered with gud work EX and your performance in CAT and GD/PI.I know a guy with 55% marks n grad and made it to IIM-A(smwhere on PG only)

call center exp doesnt count as experience i think(Pros will tell you better)

GET A JOB and dont think that you have to travel far away.Arey baba you can take a room nearby your office.Y r u thinking about all these factors?u said it is easy to get a job and den u r saying u hv been trying for it since march but to no avail.Well getting a core job is tough dese days until unless you have a campus placement.I would advise you to keep the software field also open as your ultimate goal is to do MBA,isnt it?????

wish you ATB!
bbye.

Having inclination towards IT isnt an issue, however, having a job which is consistent with your profile or lets you decide that MBA is the next thing for you, is apt.

My suggestion for you to slog it out and get a great score in CAT, and since you will have a profile that is different from the other aspirants, you have a good chance of getting a call.

This will futher help you:
