Hello Puys

This thread is for all those Delhi/NCR puys who are ready to put in that extra cent of effort for cracking CAT!

We (yes!! There are other pagals too) are planning to start a study group in dilli for CAT 2007.
The purpose of this study group is to bring all puys under one roof wherein they can discuss all their doubts pertaining to QA,VA, DI and Reasoning..anything and everything that is expected (we cn juss speculate n expect..cz we all know that CAT will always surprise us) to come in CAT.
We will meet once a week at some central location (so dat its accessible to evry1)..The day will preferably be a Sunday so that even working people can take out time to add value to this study group.

We will decide upon a topic in advance that would be discussed in the next week n incase anyone doesn’t come prepared then he/she wudnt be allowed to attend that session.
The idea isn’t to solve questions. The aim is to discuss a topic at length.

The time duration of the session will not be more than three hrs n we will discuss both QA n VA in the stipulated time period.

So all u fella puys who are interested in joining this stdy grp n be a part of this serious preparation then let us know through this thread (No SPAMMING plz ) n I will let you know the details regarding the plans that have been set out for next Sunday!( No planz for tomorrow though ..bt we are meeting 2moro too to discuss bout hw to take this stdy grp further)

but the problem is that today only i got through with my college exams and havent joined any insti like CL or Time or whatever it is as i'm not able to decide where to go....

Hi Sonia! This is an excellent idea!!!

I only wish that I was situated in Delhi to be able to take full advantage of this feature.

I think we will have to replicate something similar for Gurgaon location because otherwise we will use up too much time travelling up and down. (Puys in Gurgaon who are interested ..Do PM me)..

Sonia's intiative could go a long way in strengthening the base of our local City chapters.

Ok!! One more idea from my side. I am not too tech savvy but i was also wondering if it would be possible to have a chat discussion for a scheduled period of say one or two hours where Puys could log in with their doubts . This would ensure that we do not lose the inputs of the Junta who are unable to make it physically due to personal constraints. Whatsay? PUYS!!

We can get old timers who are passing through the city to give us gyan on their fav sections.

Also, among the aspiring puys themselves we can have sessions conducted by those who have expertise in any particular section.

I am sure we can come up with many more ideas to leverage this concept!

bt before startin anything... i guess its the right time to identify our weak n strong areas so that in the comin few weeks we shud concentrate on our weak areas, as fr me its english... :(
