HI PUYS,
Those who have taken admission in SIIB .... ... I talked to the people at SIIB regarding the same refund of fees
and their reply was that now they work under the symbiosis international university but few years back they were autonomous body and they use to take their own decision.
But now since they work under university they will have to follow the legal instruction.. and they are also not interested in keeping the money of students....
They are in talk with AICTE people and will go according to the instructions given by them..
so people come together for a cause that will save ur/dad's hard earned money.

Hey!
i cancld my admit at SCMHRD too...hv lost 35K (as of now!)
tried calling 'em up, but as usual its tougher to get thru than the KBC line!
Arshpreet & smartchap...if they are still awaiting the notification, think we'll need to keep mailing & calling 'em up to constantly remind them...
And yup, nothing like it if one of us can actually visit them after a week or so & personally get a proper response frm them...any1 frm Pune who has cncld admit in SCM? (Arsh - r u in Pune rt now?)
For all its worth it, am sending Adm a mail attached with AICTE notification!
Will keep ye all posted !

Hey Guys!! This is a huge initiative that has been taken by AICTE..It will ensure that students like us do not suffer just because we had to block a seat in order to insure admission in a decent college..I too have to withdraw money from an inst. and stand to lose Rs.25000/-

I called up AICTE bangalore today..They told me that AICTE is not sending any individual notice to any BSCHOOL..They just published a legal notice for everyone n that must be followed..
Now when we are calling up B-Schools,they r telling that as they didnt get any legal notice from AICTE,they wont make the refund and follwow their own rule..
