Does ny 1 knows the bench which will process teh hearing on 8th May will ne the same 2 bench judge or a new 5 member judges will handle it.

To my knowledge, its the same bench (2 judge bench) which will hear the case on May 8th. Govt will continue its dialogue(as yesterday), that 2 judge bench cannot give a final order on such constitutional issues(only a 5 or more judge bench can give). Since yesterdays order on stay was an interim order SC(2 judges were right).Had not this case been taken on may 8th, in august the same situation would happen. this 2 judge bench can then transfer the case to a 5 judge bench(if they feel the need) and it will be similar to a new case thereafter.

GoI can now pass a constitutional amendment and try to implement OBC Quotas this year, but if a PIL is filed then everything goes to 'Love All' . SC can review all laws even if its passed in 9th schedule(Thx to 9 judge bench, concept of 9th schedule is almost nullified)

Hats off to Prem for an unbiased viewpoint and his ability to put himself in the shoes of another. His attitude in the face of such tribulation is truly inspiring. Let us take a leaf out of his page and learn to strive for what is just instead of losing control and resorting to needless speculation and censure which is ultimately hopeless. There is naught we can do unless we adopt a systematic stance and wait for communication from the IIMs.

Puys, i've never seen so much activity or buzz on any thread in PG. Trust me i've been refreshing since morning eversince i woke up. I've never been disappointed as i always find a new post in this thread. The amoung of posts speaks volumes abt the frustration that each one of us is going through. Atleast the HRD ministry should see this on PG and issue a directive to the iims to relase the list. I know its like rain falling on a buffallo (Won't affect it in any way)??:

but I guess we need to appreciate 1 quality of Arjun Sungh "Dont Give Up"

even at the old age when u cant walk, not left with any grey matter (hopefully he never had) ... he is not quitting, he is keeping his calm and going ahead

he knows his strength (DIRTY POLITICS) and his aware of the gamut of weaknesses he posseses, but still is confident....... all qualities of being a CAT Cracker..
may be he shud open his coaching inst and give CL, TIME, IMS, etc a run for their money......

and the tag line for his insti can be "RESULTS, mein hun na"......Arjun at it's best
