also, while mailing the form, i renamed the attachment to questionairre.doc i hope it is ok....

acknowledgement of the receipt of the form is not being sent
if any form is not received the matter is communicated through the mail to the candidate

I have made blunders in my form. forgot to write the family income and then wrother ans no 3 in 2 and vice versa. spelling error and word limit, i did not chek. yesterday a frn said that the date has beeen extended till 14th 9 pm.edited it and sent another. hve i spoilt s p jain chances.

I dont understand what form is this.. i dint receive any form . nor do i see any such info on the SPJAIN website.. i can just see the list of candidates short listed for 2 yr PGDBM. and i can see my name on tht list.. Can any one please clarify.
