All those who havent got the form please call the admission office asap. 02226237454. I called them today afternoon and got the form by evening. And it has to be submitted by Monday 2100 hrs.. dunno if the office will be open tomo....
Alternatively, try downloading the form posted in this discussion previously.....the same can be submitted

but i will suggest u all to think well before u fill them
moreso there is already two other threads regarding all the queries..

there is no right or wrong answer write what u beleive in...
regarding deepak's query there is no reservation in SPJIMR

in general, formative years refer to ur schooling where u learnt some important lessons in life.. formative years are those time periods where u are moulded... I can say nascent stages of ur personality development..

even graduation can be mentioned..

Dear All

Some important points from my side on the above subject.
Please keep in mind that even after filling the questionnair the job is only half done. We will be grilled for this at GI.

1) Adversity faced in life: This is basically to see how you fare against when the odds are against you to see your fighting spirit.
For eg: Tough Finnacial condition during studies, about any exam where you have got very little time to prepare but passed, Survival for career growth etc

2) Contribution to society: To check whether are you responsible towards your society, Locality and contry.
For eg: Even no tax evasion and participating in local forum to help people like pagalguy can be part of this.

3) Formative Years; Tell about the major points which have resulted in your persona as on today. Like if you are aggressive then why are you aggressive like that. Be very selective here. Dont go overboard as only you have to justify.

4) Regarding group objective failure and your role: This is simple one. Take any instance from your work place.

5) Strongest stand for your value system; Toughest one from the lot. Be very selective here. Just see that the point mentioned earlier is not overlapped. Be cautious. Examples can be where you were asked to do very odd or illegal thing at workplace and you put your foot down. Or you faced very tough situation or very toorrid time but you did not give in etc.
6) Improvement in yourself work or society; As per me write only about your improvement and your work, dont's write anything about society improvement except you have very strong case. Improvement in your decision making,your behaviour, way of work can be points
7) Roles and responsibilties at Jobs: I dont think there should be any problem.

if i improved upon a process in an organization, the way they carry out the process, during my internship....should i write that in the question on improvement?

2) Do not forget to prepare yourself to be grilled on written things. hence be careful and write only relevant stuff.
