Query reg PGSEM...

Hi,
A friend of mine has 98.4 percentile in CAT but a meagre 70 percentile in EU and RC..........He is currently with Oracle and is bent upon doing PGSEM.....he has over 2 yrs of work ex............Does IIMB look out for sectional cut-offs while giving calls for PGSEM?????........Will his low score in EU affect his prospects of making it?????......Would be glad if somebody could throw light on it as soon as possible........

I have the following break up
DI- 87.51
Verbal -70.63
Quantitative -98.31
Total -95.93

Will I get a call for PGSEM?
Or should I give the PGSEM exam being conducted on Mar 4th!

I have over 2 and half years exp now, 26 months with Oracle, and then with Sungard.
Acads 77.3% aggregate, from NIT Nagpur
