Last time we were asked a specific question about one event in our life which was challenging/different- a description of the problem, how we tackled it and the lessons/attitudes(anything else you can put here) learnt.
It would be useful for you with your work-ex to put across some instance at work which would enable you to talk a lot more about the work you have done. The basic idea of the form being to enable the interviewers to ask you questions, so you might as well write about things you are comfortable talking about.
As for SOP, I think you get asked a question about what you want to do after MBA, and to answer the question do put some thought and write and I guess you would be having a pretty good idea with your work-ex.
And there will be also be a question as to what if you don't get into a b-school this year.
PS: all of this is under the assumption that you get a similar form to last year.
