Hello friends

I might be counting my eggs before they are hatched but still need to have an answer to this question urgently.I believe the results are going to be out by 12th or thereabouts.And what i have heard is that,after that we have 15 days to submit the fees and confirm our seats.Now,here is my problem.I am traveling abroad on official work for 1 month after tomorrow.So wont be available when the results are out.So if my family members can fill in the fees to confirm the seat?Will it be fine.coz if there are some forms etc where my signature are required as well in those 15 days,then i wont be able to do those.So is it that they just need to see the money and maybe my parents can sign and all on my behalf.Looking for help quickly in this regards.

hey guys...finally i find the IIM -C forum...i must have been doing soemthing wrong with my search string ;-),,,neways a bit abt myself first..i am an NRI applicant with the follwing profile
GMAT - 730
Work-Ex - 3yrs (past year and a half in US) - Software
Extra Curricilars - Good
Acads - Average
I attended the GD-PI for IIM - C in mumbai on the 12th of march and recieved the final offer on 23rd.
I would be travellin bac to India (Pune) on 4th June. I currently have a major task at hand - preparin for the Math test to be held on the 3rd of July...just wanted to know how tough would the test be, also do we have to purchase any books for the first term before hand or can that be managed on campus.
Also for all the Pune guys who have made it to IIM -C ...how about meeting up sometime early June...just to break ice before we report to the hostel...
I would also like to thank all those who maintain this forum...this is really grt way to get us started :-)

Hi Akshay,

I have also applied to IIM C as NRI but my interview is scheduled in May 11th. Can you please let me know if there was any form which was sent by IIM C to you before the interview. Also was there any special reason that you got a call from IIM C in march itself and others (I know 1 more person) got a call for PI during month of Apr and March.
