Hi Rajat,
I asked a coaching institute and they told that high quant score and an overall score of 107+ will give u a sureshot PGDCM call. How much r u getting??
yar first of all .. high score in quant is a very subjective term.. and then i heard that u need to clear all the cut offs.. for sure.. which is not happening in my case.
As far as my knowledge goes, incase you have applied for PGDCM, once the calls are out, you either get both calls (PGDM & PGDCM) or you get none. Once you get a call from PGDCM, you are required to answer a quant test ( mostly CAT questions and a li'l bit of higher maths.. calculus/coordinate stuff ) Your final selection to PGDCM would depend on your performance in this test, your CAT score and your performance in the GD and PI. (and yes, you would be having a single GD/PI for both the seats)
cheers,

Anupam: why do I lack common sense father ?
Dad: Becoz you are Uncommon, dear son..
@Anupam,
I had asked the the people of TIME and IMS, there they didnt mention any such thing. R u sure that people either receive both the calls or none. IMS also mentioned that the ratio of the calls given is 1:4 . Now supposing that there are 45 GN seats for PGDCM there will be 180 calls. If IIMC gives a total of 700 calls for its PGDM, there out of that 180 must have also applied for the PGDCM. Do u think that is the case??
Looking forward for ur reply
