1. There is no criteria as to who will get which calls, nobody but the admission section. People having high quant etc getting pgdcm is not based on facts.
2. THe criteria changes(can change) over time
3.People get one call,, pgdm only/pgdcm only
4.conversion ratio.....wrong logic....some ppl get both converts...so the number of distinct ppl having final calls varies year to year.
5. official advice(yes this is official) is if you have background in computer science opt for pgdcm over pgdm. why? it helps you get a slight edge in 1-2 subjects, helps your CGPA, and CGPA is a very important.
6.non computer people also are in PGDCM course
7. Paper's duration in terms of number of hours changes, difficulty level changes, but is usually tougher level mathematics
8.its held quite in advance before gd/pi not one day befre gd/pi
9. please look for info on pgdcm on pagalguy,,,there is loads already available
hope it helps

however, to cheer u all, this course has the best conversion ratio for any iim. arnd 250 odd calls were given last year for pgdcm for their 60 odd setas.. and i guess final offers were made to almost double this figure.
