Cut-off is not 640-650 in MAT. it depends on sectional cut-off
In sept MAT 2006 i got 91%ile nd 682.5 nd i not got call from Alliance.
D reason is only 59 score(68%ile) in english but they want more than 60score.
so now it will be more clear to all of you.

I got 98.31%ile in 3 Dec MAT......In english I got 59.41 Marks(82.35%ile)
Work ex---16 Months.........Can I expect a call from Alliance(ABS)....?

yeh you can get it... as they take students with more than 80% ile.....

But I have lower score in english. Its 59.41 marks and I have heard minimum 60 is required. Wht u have 2 say?

Just mail them and ask... or if u want than i can provide the email id of their admission office's member whom i met and he told me if we had any query than i can ask him.

gt a 99.99 in english is it enough to gt a call frm alliance....pls tell me....

i m planning 4 MBA in alliance business school but i m not sure abt d admission procedure,do they consider scores of MAT 2007 which wud be on 4 feb n if they do will i have to fill admission form of ABA earlier as its last date is 10 jan,plz reply me as sun as possible.Does MAT held on sep has more colleges participating as compared to MAT which wud b on Febuary 2007??do reply...

Well one of my classmate got the call directly from Alliance, without being applied. She got the mail today, did u get it. But yeh she had a good score of 98.37%ile.
