Don;t know much about it.. but heard that Pune Unviersity's MBA in biotechnology is good..

Marketing or biotech, its depends on your persona choice.You can do MBA in Biotech from Pune university's dept for management (known as pumba). This is a college with good reputation.
I think they accept MAT score for admissions.
Remaining information you can get from their website.
For marketing there are many colleges.

Better prepare for CAT and also give other exams too along with it.
I would say that instead of branch, its college that matters. So aim for good college. branch comes later.
