QA:42(99%ile TIME)
DI:26(85%ile Time)
EU:-9(26 %ile Time)&-4(CL)
OA:59-64(72-78% ile)
plz suggest any colleges
I belong to OBC category.

10th :82% ICSE
12th :94% BIE,AP
B.tech:65 %

final year student...and mediocre EX curriculars

You have outside chance of NIT-T. You may try Amrita, ITM, BIT Mesra, SDM-IMD, SCMS cochin.

verbal-40/45....

overall-104/109....

Category - OBC...

X- 82.4 (CBSE)
XII- 88.4 (CBSE)

Grad- here's where the Major problem lies, i have only 60%, and moreover the performance throughout it has been mediocre to put it mildly..... had a lot of family issues and a loss of a brother and many much more to deal with, not that it matters, but wanted to give a clearer picture...

i have been consistent otherwise, my xtra curricular is good...

i have 6month w/e (current) in a auto-ancillary manufacturing firm...

mba, is a necessity for me for the '09 intake.....

i've applied for mdi-hr, imt, tapmi, and i intend to apply to bim, kjsomaiya, welingkar, mica, nirma.....

i'm confident of a gud gd and pi, but not confident about how badly my grad perf will affect my conversions and hence the excessive applications :( .....

advice me plz on what are the possibilties on the colleges afforementioned as well as if there's any colleges i'm missing out on...

p.s : have applied for xat n fms ....

You have mostly covered all the colleges.U probably missed out applying to FORE and IMI(anyways last date is over for both of them..).And regarding your grad percentage it all depends on how well you are able to justify it to the interview panel,there are loads of people who have done that,so just chill yaar!!

Hi,
You have bright chances at MICA and TAPMI.IMI nad IMt look really difficult at your score but you never know as your actual score might as well change on 9 jan.At 91 TAPMI and MICA very good chances,IMI and IMT very tuff.

Yes I have.And I am hoping may get a call.Its all gloomy and confusing with evryone coming up with his/her own point of view.Guess will have to

well i was refering to ppl wid work-ex,but the cut-off criteria is not constant and clear ppl didnt get a call on 89%ile ,whereas here ppl in GD-PI wis as low as 73%ile, so ppl wid work -ex above 75%ile have good chance for getting a call but then lowest %ile last yr was 85%ile wid 2 yr work ex (only case expectional profile).

Buddy ..u can expect a call from TAPMI... Keep ur fingers crossed for MICA ..

Although, u stand very few chances for IMI & IMTG as the cutoffs for both these institutes could go higher & touch 105+ this year ...
