What are these guys up to now?
I was hoping that after the interview process at the spjimr campus that I had on 13th march , everything was over...now another round of interviews???????
i havent got this particular mail, but cant for the life of me figure out why they would want to make candidates travel all over the country!!!
They should have finished all they wanted when they called the candidates to their campus once!

Heres my tale of woe:
Completed my application form online for SP Jain on the last day and sent it and got my receipt also. Then a week ago I get an e-mail from Varsha Parab asking me to update my Cat reg no. I click on the link and it says that the information is incorrect. I try all sorts of permutations (shudn't have the prob with month of birth as some ppl had as my MOB is Dec). Frustrated I call them up but no one seems to know whats going on and the person who I'm supposed to speak to seems to be taking more breaks than he's working (I called 5 times and everytime he's away). Then I come to know that the SP results r out and go to the site to check my status. However I don't have my app no. So i try to log in to the admissions website to retrieve my no but it says incorrect info (my bane in life) and says plz check ur e-mail add Etc etc and the funny thing is that it was working 2 days b4 this. So I'm totally frustrated and think that they've lost my app.
Anyway guys sorry for the long post but do i have any recourse??

What is this management aptitude test.....?? I had my interview on the 13th of march and then after the first round i had a "psychometric test" for an hour before my second round.....Is that what they are talkin about?And where are the final results available?Somebody throw some light on this!

okie i think all those ppl who have got tht darned email are thru tho the final round of interview...... bcos i just logged on to the spj site and tried my app no to check for interview dates and it saysyou have not been short listed for the interview. really bad ... i think its all over for me this time....

Cool it d00d...dont jump to conclusions....i too had my interviews during Feb..havent got the damn mail..but whn i enter my no. it doesnt show "You have nto been shortied..it just says ur interview is already fixed for 22nd fFeb.."..so chill and hope there is an end to this fuzzy business !!! ....Hitchcock wud have been proud of SP's selection process !!!.. ...btb jus to cool ur nerves...4-5 of my colleagues whom i wud regard as sure shot for SP and sailed thro the 2 rounds of interviews havent received tht mail either !! :P ...

CAT and then a MAT....what's SPJAIN upto?
well, i shud say that it's a high level of unprofessionalism.their admission process has not impressed me at all.

nov 2003,their website says 'GMAT SCORES ACCEPTED' and i filled in the form with a GMAT score on SPJAIN's precious advise .

dec 2003, their website says 'GMAT SCORES NOT ACCEPTED'.

Now in mar 2004, I am all puzzled as to what's happening..there's no info on the status of my application.....and my GMAT score is not that bad cos it worked at IIT Bombay SOM.

to leave all the PG Junta on a better note, i shud say that IIT Bombay and ICFAI had exhibited high level of organisation and professionalism in the admission process.....my anxious calls/queries were all responded...this factor does make a difference to me.

Is this ur first interview call or u've been called for the final round?..I haven't received ne such e-mail n had my interview on 22nd Feb..But it seems that very few ppl have received the e-mail regarding the final round..So I am really in a dilemna as to what the SPJIMR ppl r up to...
